What is your current turnaround time?

All orders are handmade and crafted to order. I do not carry stock or ready made items. Occasionally, I hold sample sales of ready to ship items & those details will be posted on my facebook page. The following turnaround times apply, unless discussed prior to placing the order and arrangements have been made alternatively.

What if I need my order sooner?

I offer a rush service for an additional fee if an order needs to be moved to the top of the production list to meet a shortened completion deadline. I am not always able to provide the service, and often book up on rush orders so please contact me before ordering if you have any question regarding the turnaround times.

How do I order?

I have most currently available designs listed in my Etsy shop and posted on my facebook page.  You may order through email by sending your order details to birdiebabyboutique@gmail.com

How do I pay?

I accept credit/debit card securely through our website checkout.

How will my item ship?

Shipping is via First Class (13 oz. or smaller) or Priority Mail for larger packages. I ship to the address on your Paypal  account,  so please make sure your address is correct. & current.

Paypal will email a shipment notification containing a delivery confirmation number to your provided email address when I generate a shippinmg label. Please note that this number is not an actual tracking number and is not required to update along the way during shipping, but only at acceptance to the system and delivery.
Unless you request insurance on a package I am not responsible for anything lost or damaged by our U.S. Postal Service.

International customers are responsible for any import duty taxes if required.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

I do not accept refund or exchanges on custom works. I ask that you look over my body of work to determine if my style suits your taste. If you feel confident that I can create a custom item for you that you will love, I require payment up front for the design. Please do provide as many details as possible about your ideas and choices. If there is a craftsmanship error, quality issue or mistake on my part of the design, please do contact me to resolve the issue. While these issues are very few and far between, my items are handmade an occasionally items have slight variances or substitutions within the designs.
